Customised to each brand's needs, the programme itself is a unique mix of introspection, creation and actionable strategy. The strategy development and design process is influenced by expertise in unlocking teamwork.  

The first phase, Grounding, is arriving at the present moment - the market and the current situation. We get ourselves centred and set intentions for what's ahead. 

We then transition into Connecting, an expansive phase where we open up and develop empathy for our end users, but also for each other and the broader brand possibilities. 

The heart of our journey is the Growing stage. This is where creative exploration meets the strategies that matter - developing an approach that's going to best 'fit' our intentions.

Finally, the last stage Rising, converges all we've learned and the final outputs into a cohesive approach, creative asset bank and anything else needed to unlock a brand's next stage.

The experience echoes familiar working sessions, both intensive and yet relaxed. Don't be surprised if we weave in some breathwork, stretching and moments in nature. 

Every brand's needs are situational; it's good to talk early and often to establish the right priorities if these are unclear. Early-stage brands tend to focus on establishing a scalable brand identity and a clear proposition for a strong market debut, ensuring your content strategy effectively engages early adopters. We have our own weekly open-door session when we're available to meet and chat about whatever's on your mind.

'Weekly exhales' are held every Friday as the day ebbs towards a close; often, socially, it's a space carved out for brands to share and seek guidance.
